Tasting Notes
A deep red colour with violet glints, black cherries and mocha on the nose finally create a generous palate. This outstanding cuvée with its hint of woodiness is a blend of equal parts of the best of the Médoc’s Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in French oak barrels, it is a celebration of the fruit.
Served at 18°C, Michel Lynch Réserve Rouge could happily partner scallops with truffles, monkfish kebab with baby vegetables or Chinese fondue with duck or red tuna.
